This is based on a photo of a popular Minneapolis lake. What appears to be a silo on the opposite shore is a high-rise office building. Two filters were applied: Cutout and Texturize. The first generated the basic solid-color shapes while the second gives the image its canvas-like texture. The photo was taken in spring, but the filters give it an autumn feel.
